It all began with one 3 bedroom 2 bath single family in Horn Lake purchased by Spence’s father, Lamar Rodman in 2003. We used our free time painting the house, helping with repairs, and replacing flooring to get the house in top-quality shape to rent. Soon after, Spence decided he should purchase a home from a co-worker who was building and needed to sell his current home. We purchased our first property in 2004.
It has been a wild ride investing in families and friends to grow our business. We believe families enjoy working with us and we want them to enjoy their homes. As our family has grown, the rental business has allowed us to work from home and enjoy our children. Now, not only do we own single-family homes but we also invested in a commercial building in 2020.
